Hi Khamar, we work with over 20 different insurance companies that have great maternity benefit, such as OIC and Bupa, NOW, and Integra. For all the insurance companies there is a waiting period for maternity coverage. The waiting period ranging from 10 – 12 months. What this mean is that once you have purchase a policy, you will need to wait 10-12 months before the insurance company will start to cover for your routine maternity. However, if you do get pregnant before you purchase the insurance, then there is no insurer out there that will cover you for your pregnancy.
