Pilates for children is becoming increasingly popular in Dubai. The National explores whether this could become a permanent thing.
Stretch-based exercises, such as yoga and pilates have become increasingly popular over the years as many people with hectic lifestyles find a way to release stress. Relaxing is becoming more and more difficult with busy schedules and people focusing more on work. The same can be said for children with education as parents and teachers can put pressure on kids to work harder.
According to The National, "Pilates is fast becoming Dubai's latest "it" exercise for youngsters". Pilates classes have been popping up all over Dubai and are now even a new extra curricular activity in various schools.
